How to use this form:
STEP 1:
Print out these 2 pages.
STEP 2:
Find, and Look at the itemized charges page your preparer filled out last year.
In the "What You Actually Paid" column above,
place a checkmark on each form you were charged.
At the bottom of the column, enter the dollar amount you totally paid to have
your return prepared last year.
STEP 3:
In the "You Could Have Paid" column,
enter the dollar amount for each form I would have
charged you.
At the bottom of that column, write in the total charge I would have billed you.
STEP 4:
You will find, that when I charge $100.00, a local Tax franchise probably
charged $200.00,
and a CPA would have charged $300.00.
